Shipping Policy

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If the item has shipped but tracking has not been updated please attempt to contact the carrier for additional information before contacting The Local Thread.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error on our part, we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Damages

The Local Thread is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will assist in the process if needed, but typically this is able to be handled between the customer and shipping provider.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Local Pickup

LOCAL PICKUP

If you don't want to pay for shipping, and are located in or around, Waycross, Georgia, you're in luck!  We offer free local pickup!  Just select that option at checkout, and you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Return Policy 

Quality control is very important to us. We'll do everything we can to make sure your order is filled correctly. If we have caused a mistake we will correct it. Please inform us of any problems within 5 days after receiving your order. If your order was carried out as stated on the proof you approved then we cannot accept a return. 

​

Based on our business structure we do not accept returns. All of our items are custom apparel or spirit wear preorders. All sales are final. If we have made an error we will be happy to correct it but all items are nonrefundable.
